How to login and create a password

When you receive your password, you will need to setup your own password.

  1. The first time you login to the app, select forgot password. 
  2. You will enter your username (first initial + last name in all lower case).
  3. Enter the verification code you receive via text message and select continue. 
  4. Follow the instructions to create your password and select update password. 
  5. Back at the login screen enter your username, the password you created, and select Remember Me. 

If your phone uses a biometric login you will be prompted to set this up.
