What is new!

• Visibility into progress note sync status for PCC facilities (see below for additional details)
• New field for discharge date in the Patient's Information
  • For integrated facilities, this date will automatically be populated (if available)
• Prompt to sign draft progress notes when billing a visit
• For shared service visits, the FS modifier is automatically added to the procedure code
• Both providers who completed the shared service are now visible in the patient's visit history 
• Indicator on the diagnosis code that it is not valid for the selected date of service 
• New field to track ACO patients
  • This feature can be turned on by practice, please reach out to your practice administrator if you believe this may apply to your practice
• Added link to Help Center to the Forgot Password page to assist with login troubleshooting
• Added version number to the login page

We resolved it:

• You are no longer able to submit a visit without a diagnosis code by swiping on the census 
• Latency on MIPS display in progress notes is now resolved 

Additional Details:

PCC Note Sync Status

• When a facility is integrated with PCC and a progress note is completed, you now have visibility into if the progress note was sent successfully or not successfully to the facility
  • If the progress note was sent successfully, you will see a green note icon 
  • If the progress note was sent unsuccessfully, you will see a red note icon
