Ambient AI tools can help streamline your documentation process by automatically transcribing patient encounters and generating clinical notes. Here's what you need to know about using these tools with Claimocity.

How It Works

Claimocity supports ambient AI tools through web browser extensions specifically those from the Google Chrome Store. These extensions work seamlessly with the Desktop and Mobile Web versions of Claimocity.

No special integration or setup is required from Claimocity — simply install your preferred Chrome extension from the Google Chrome Store and use it while accessing Claimocity through your web browser.

Where You Can Use Ambient AI Tools

Ambient AI Chrome extensions are compatible with:

• Desktop Web — Access Claimocity through Google Chrome on your desktop computer
• Mobile Web — Access Claimocity through Google Chrome on your mobile device

Note: Chrome extensions do not work with Claimocity’s native mobile apps (iOS or Android).

Note Formatting Best Practices

While ambient AI tools may be compatible with Claimocity, these are considered ‘unsupported’ solutions and we cannot guarantee compatibility with our app. Therefore, note formatting may vary depending on your current note template settings.

If you experience formatting issues:

Use a Blank Note template instead of your standard template. This provides the most flexibility for compatibility with Ambient AI Chrome extensions.

Getting Started

1. Choose your ambient AI tool — Search the Google Chrome Store for ambient AI medical documentation extensions

2. Install the Chrome extension — Follow the extension's installation instructions

3. Access Claimocity — Log in to Claimocity through Google Chrome (desktop or mobile web)

4. Start documenting — Use your ambient AI tool during patient encounters

5. Review and finalize — Always review AI-generated notes for accuracy before finalizing
