How to Recall an Encounter

For a limited amount of time after submitting an encounter, you can recall the encounter to edit or void it.

The amount of time the encounter will be available to recall may vary by practice.  If you have questions, please contact your account manager or support.  

 

Navigate to the date of service and select the encounter you need to edit or void by clicking the check box to the left of the green status icon. 

If the encounter is still available for recall, the recall button will appear at the top of the census. 

Confirm the pop-up. 

When you click the recall button, the encounter moves back to the in-progress status indicated by the red icon. 

You can edit the encounter or void as needed, using the menu by clicking the ellipsis on the right.
