This guide will demonstrate how to use the mobile app's audio recording feature for a patient's visit, which can then be used later by a transcription service.
Claimocity's mobile app offers an easy way for provider's to record their notes for a specific patient's visit. A scribe can then locate that audio file and transcribe the note on the provider's behalf.
Navigate to the Daily Census Page
- Search for your patient either in your census list or by searching their name.
- Swiping from right-to-left on the patient will uncover the Record button.
- You can also locate this feature in the Visit Details page by scrolling down to the Recording section.
Buttons from Left to Right
- Record - Will let you start recording your audio
- End Recording - This will end the recording process and save your audio file to this patient visit
- Pause - You can pause you recording, and continue later, by clicking this button
- Once you have ended the recording, click the back arrow to return to your previous screen.
How to Listen to the Recordings
- First, navigate to the specific patient and DOS.
- Click on the patient's name to open the Visit Details page.
- Scroll down to the Recording section.
- Click on the recording to open the Play Recording page, and then click the Play button to hear the audio.
- If on the desktop version of Claimocity, navigate to this visit's Encounter Details page
- Scroll down to the Attachments section to locate the audio file.
- Clicking on that file will download it to your Desktop.
