For a limited amount of time after submitting an encounter, you can recall the encounter to edit or void it.
The amount of time the encounter will be available to recall may vary by practice. If you have questions, please contact your account manager or support.
Navigate to the date of service and select the encounter you need to edit or void to navigate to the visit details page.
If the encounter is still available for recall, the recall button will appear. (Counter Clockwise arrow)
When you click the recall button, you can edit the codes or use the red "X" to void the encounter.
