You can use the Claim Tracker to find the current status of claims.
1. From your home screen, click on the date.
2. Select the date of the claim you want to check the status of, on the calendar.
3. When you land on the selected date's daily census, click on the patient's name to bring up the Visit Details.
4. Scroll down or use the icons on the bottom to find the Claim Tracker.
5. The icons on the claim tracker use colors to indicate the status.
6. Green indicates the current status has been completed with no issues and red indicates there is an issue to address.
