You can create your own personal favorites list for diagnosis codes you use most often.
1. To add diagnosis codes from your daily census page click the hamburger icon to slide out the main menu.
2. Select ICD10 Lookup.

3. Search by code or description for the code you would like to add to your personal favorites.
4. Click on the star outline beside a code to add a code to your personal favorites list.
A filled in star indicates a code has been added to your personal favorites. 
You can also add diagnosis codes to your personal favorites list from the Plan section of a note.
1. Use the navigation bar to move to the Plan section of your note.
2. Click the Add/Change button.
3. Search by code or description for the code you would like to add to your personal favorites.
4. Click on the star outline to add a code to your personal favorites list.
After you add a diagnosis code to your personal favorites list it will appear on the Plan section when you have Personal Favorites selected as your code list.
Select a code to add it to the patient's chart, changing the color to green.
