Retroactively updating MIPS Attestations

Go to Visit History by clicking into the Visit History column
- Select the encounter and navigate to the Quality tab
- Update your MIPS attestation as needed and click Save

Identify the visit you wish to review for MIPS activities:
- White Icon: No MIPS measures attested
- Yellow Icon: One or more MIPS measures attested
- Green Icon: All MIPS measures attested
- N/A: No relevant measure for the encounter
