You can now view patient's recent notes (up to 15) when creating a new progress note (see below for additional information)
- Progress notes will be automatically saved when navigating to a different page
- You can cosign notes directly from the Encounters page
- The encounters export now includes decimal points for diagnosis codes
- Uploaded facility documents will display the Facility, Date of Service (DOS), and uploading user’s name
- Added the ability to limit progress note content visibility to the user who created the note

- You must be the rendering provider or shared provider on the encounter to create a note
- You will now experience improved search results when searching for diagnosis codes containing a decimal (.)

Recent Notes:
- When in progress notes, you now have a new tab for Recent Note. This allows you to view past notes
- You have the ability to highlight specific text from your past notes and copy and paste using keyboard commands for copying/pasting or right clicking
- You can then paste the copied next into your current note
