What is new!

  • Copy Note functionality added to Visit History (see below for additional details)
  • Print your customized census columns

We resolved it:

  • Update room numbers for non-integrated facilities 
  • Diagnosis code sorting is applied to all relevant pages
  • Encounter type is updated based on previous encounter history 
  • Attachments will now save when uploaded through Provider Holds
  • Saving Billing Notes as a draft no longer shows the CPT as blank on the census page

Additional Details:

Copy Note & Note Status Filter in Visit History

  • When you click into Visit History, you now have the option to Copy Note when the encounter has a Draft or Completed Progress Note.
    • When you click Copy Note, you are taken directly to the Progress Note page for the DOS and facility that you have selected on the census
    • The progress note content is populated from the note that selected to be copied
    • You can filter by the note status directly from Visit History to quickly identify the note status

Enabling the Admit Reason/ Chief Complaint Field to Display on the Census

  • A free text field for Admit reason/Chief Complaint has been added to Patient Details
  • To enable the Admit Reason/Chief Compliant to be visible on the census instead of the primary diagnosis code, click Customize from the census and select the "Show Admit Reason/CC" checkbox
    • You can still click the Admit Reason/CC to bring up the diagnosis code window to update the diagnosis for the encounter CC v2
 

Care Coordination Toggle

  • In the Edit Encounter page and the Billing Summary page, the Additional Information section has a new toggle for Care Coordination
  • When this is enabled, this indicates that the patient has accepted Care Coordination services
