Pending Review Note Status
- To put a progress note into a Pending Review status, click the drop down in the sign bill button and select Pending Review
- This allows users (likely a scribe) to flag notes requiring additional provider input
- The census and encounters list view page includes a filter to quickly Pending Review notes. Additionally, the note icon will be orange
- To resolve the Pending Review status, notes must be either signed or saved as a draft
- Note that this feature is limited to the desktop application
Cosigning
- The note icon has been updated to visually indicate whether a progress note has been co-signed or is a shared service encounter
- Cosign progress notes directly from the completed note
