      This is to inform you about our upcoming product capability enhancements which will soon be launched.
       

      What is new! 

      • Field for Admit Reason/Chief Complaint - Displayed on Patient Details, Visit Details, and the Census Page when enabled (see below for additional details)

      Additional Details: 

      Configuring the Chief Complaint Field

      • Enable via the Admit reason/cc setup menu option (by a provider) from the Census page (3 dots) 
      • When enabled, a free text field for Admit reason/cc becomes available on the Patient Info page
      • When the user updates the field, it is displayed on the visit details page and on the census 
        • Note: The Admit reason/cc free text field replaces the diagnosis on the census page 
        • Note: If not Admit reason/cc is added, it will display "No admission reason / cc entered for patient
