Secure Authentication and MFA:
When you log in to Claimocity, our system securely authenticates your identity to ensure only authorized users can access your account and sensitive data. This process involves entering your unique username and password and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Web Application: You will be required to use MFA every 24 hours when accessing Claimocity via a web browser.
- Mobile Application: You will be required to use MFA every 7 days on your mobile device.
Automatic Session Timeout:
The duration of inactivity before you are automatically logged out depends on the device you are using:
- Web Application: If your web session is inactive for 30 minutes, you will be automatically logged out. You will receive a warning message two (2) minutes before your session is about to expire, giving you the option to extend your session.
- Mobile Application: On your mobile device, your session will automatically time out after 24 hours of inactivity. While a pre-timeout warning may not be present on the mobile app due to its usage patterns, please be mindful of your last login time.
