App Release (Mobile Classic) v2.1.10

• The application now only carries forward the first CPT code (primary) when cloning an encounter (see below for additional details)
• A new diagnosis code validation has been added for codes that start with V, W, X and Y

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Primary & Secondary Billing Codes 

• The billing code that is in the first position will be carried forward to your subsequent encounter 
• Secondary billing codes (typically procedures) will not be copied forward to the next day 

Validation for Primary or Stand Alone DX Codes: (V, W, X, Y) 

• These codes cannot be in the first position or a standalone diagnosis code meaning another diagnosis code is needed for the encounter to be submitted for billing
• These codes describe how a diagnosis occurred, but does not specify the actual diagnosis. These codes are not billable by insurance companies meaning another DX code is required to be in the first position of the encounter
